Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means your item must be received by us within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made after this window.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, email us at info@houseofstatuesque.com. After your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Bodysuits
- Earrings
- Items with built-in undergarments
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees
Returns will not be approved for:
- Worn items
- Items with hairs, stains, scents, or signs of wear
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Returns received on day 15 and beyond
All items purchased on-site at pop-up shops, vendor events, or any in-person sales are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Because these purchases are made in person, customers have the opportunity to inspect items before buying. Please review all details carefully prior to completing your purchase.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order once your return is approved. We cannot guarantee item availability for exchanges.
Refunds
We accept returns on all full-price items for a refund to your original payment method or a House of Statuesque gift card. Sale and discounted items are eligible for a refund to a gift card only.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds to your original payment method (full-price items only) will incur an 8% restocking fee
- Refunds issued as a House of Statuesque gift card are free of charge
- All shipping costs are non-refundable
