Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email once order is fulfilled to let you know your order is on the way!

We offer both calculated and flat rate shipping options - dependent on your location.

Orders over USD $150 ship for free in the continental US only. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please expect longer delivery times for international orders since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. House of Statuesque LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
